Planned: a front-desk mobile app that keeps working offline, so staff can see arrivals and in-house guests, check guests in, post charges and payments, and check guests out. When the internet returns, anything that cannot be applied is shown clearly for a person to resolve.

Your data stays yours In testing
The service is shared by many hotels, yet each hotel’s records are kept apart at the database level, and one hotel cannot see another’s.
Sign-in protection In testing
Staff sign in with a password and, where switched on, a code from an authenticator app. Supervisors are required to use one.
Who can do what In testing
Roles such as Front Desk, Supervisor and Manager control which actions a person can take, and changes are recorded in an audit trail.
Guest ID care In testing
Guest ID numbers are masked in lists and shown in full only to staff who need them.
Backups and recovery Planned
Automated database backups with a 24-hour recovery target.
Guest data and privacy Planned
A privacy notice, retention rules, guest data deletion and a breach procedure are approved to be built. No compliance claim is made.
